O. Ray Angle
With more than 20 years experience in college career services and
teaching,
Ray routinely presents on a variety of career and employment issues.
Previous workshop participants have described his presentations as
informative, entertaining, practical and fun.
In September, 2002, Ray accepted his current position
as the Director
of
Career Services at Webster University. Previously, he served as the
Director of the Millikin University Career Center in Decatur, Illinois.
In
addition, he has held career services positions at Saint Louis
University
(St. Louis, MO), Bradley University (Peoria, IL) and Ottawa University
(Ottawa, KS).
Ray earned a bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois
University-Carbondale
and a master's degree from the University of Central Missouri in
Warrensburg.
He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga
University in Spokane, Washington.
He
has been actively involved in several professional associations
including
the
National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), and has served
as President of the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers
(Midwest ACE), Gateway
Career Services Association (GCSA) and the Missouri College Personnel
Association.
He
has traveled extensively throughout the United States and
internationally visiting 49 states, 12 foreign countries and five
continents. He also enjoys bicycling, camping, and
making
conversation. |
