Leadership continues to be a cultural buzz word and we are inundated with hundreds of self-help books, training seminars and step-by-step approaches that promise to transform us the “Superleaders” of the present and future. Over the centuries, the core components of leadership have remained the same and we are all called to lead in some manner in our personal and professional lives. This presentation breaks down the central definition of leadership and introduces participants to three central themes – values, experience and education – which will them clarify and develop their own leadership philosophy.
